We'd decided to have our bathroom replaced in summer 2025. Scott came to our notice quite by accident, his van went past our house whilst we were deliberating! Upon visiting the shop, for quite a few visits re planning and ordering, we were impressed. The shop was well organised, Nicola and Scott were respectful, efficient and helpful at all times. The work was carried out at the agreed time and to a very good standard. Scott and team were tidy and trustworthy, leaving the house and bathroom to an excellent standard of cleanliness. There were a few minor snagging problems afterwards. Scott was always responsive to our calls and attended to sort things out. Scott and team are highly recommended by us.

Absolutely love my bathroom. Scott and his team were professional, timely, worked hard, turned up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Can not recommend highly enough. If there were an option for 10 stars I would give them more.

From our initial meeting with Scott & Nic, we felt like we were in good hands. They are such a friendly, down to earth couple and gave great advice with no hard sales pitch. They have a beautiful, modern showroom in Ecclesfield where you can view their extensive range of products and get ideas as to how the final design will look. Scott listened to our brief and created a design that incorporated all the important elements we needed. Throughout their time in our home, Scott, Cole, Jay & Chris were respectful and professional. Each day, they were punctual, got on with their work, stuck to the schedule and ensured everything was left clean and tidy. We are so happy with the end result. It's even better than we first imagined. We will definitely be contacting DDI for our next project and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 😊

DDI have recently finished our new bathroom and we are really happy with it. From first contacting them to completion we have had no problems whatsoever. Scott is so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and the workmanship of him and all his team is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

We decided to go for a top end bathroom and downstairs toilet with copper bath, sinks, showers and toilet trims etc. We invited four different companies to give us a design and quotation. From the start Scott stood out for his professionalism and design. He listened and incorporated everything we asked for into our bathroom and toilet even down to us having a bath made to the size we required. Him and his team worked exceptionally hard during one of the heatwaves we have recenty experienced. Everything was installed and finished to a really high standard. They were all polite and friendly and left the spaces tidy after the days work. A special thanks goes out to Chris the tiler, who really went out of his way to ensure it was finished on time. I definitely recommend this company if you want high end products and high end service and installation.

From the initial enquiry through to completion, it has been a brilliant experience. Everything was explained at the design stage, and 3D designs provided, where you can see what the finished bathroom will look like. Throughout the installation Scott and his team were hardworking and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. From start to completion we cannot recommend this gem of a business enough. Scott visited us to take details of our requirements he then promptly submitted a design that was exactly as we described together with a very competitive quote and start date. He arrived with his assistant Tyler each day on time and always kept us fully informed if he was delayed for whatever reason. The thing we appreciate most is Scott always gets back to you even the after sales service is spot on. What a great service. Scott at DDI Bathrooms was helpful and clear throughout the whole planning stage, realistic and open about the costs and options, and then Scott and his team completed the actual fitting to a very high standard. DDI did the whole lot for us, ripping out the old bathroom, sorting out the walls, the installation of shower and units, lighting, flooring and adding a radiator to our heating system. The job was done efficiently and at a very competitive price. I would certainly recommend DDI Bathrooms.

The guys from DDI did a great job turning our bathroom into an amazing accessible shower room, just what we wanted. Darren worked so hard and the craftsmanship was second to none, even on the tricky bits, great attention to detail. They kept the place clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

DDI bathrooms helped to transform our large, dated bathroom into two beautiful, brand new ones. They had a great range of products to choose from and Scott was really helpful in all aspects of the design. The work was carried out quickly and professionally, and the results are amazing. Communication was really good, issues were addressed quickly, and Scott was helpful in directing us to other tradesman for other bits of work we needed doing. Would definitely recommend.
